Subject: Full Halo CME on 2003/08/14, backsided 




LASCO observed a full halo CME on 2003/08/14. Bright
ragged loop fronts were first visible in the NE and 
SE from 20:06 UT, and predominantly in the NE thereafter.
These fronts developed into a full halo CME by 22:06 UT,
albeit faint in the SW.

Following detailed consulatation with EIT scientists this 
event has been determined backsided.
