Subject: Partial Halo CME on 2002/07/29 - clarification

A typo has been spotted in this morning's partial halo CME report.
The header and UCMEO data both contained the correct data - 2002/07/29 -
but the body of the message included it incorrectly as 2002/07/26.

Apologies for the confusion, and thanks to those who spotted the error.
